Michael McLallen, Executive Sous Chef

Michael McLallen joined Karen Spire Catering in the summer of 2018.  Michael has been in the restaurant/hospitality industry for 25 years.  The last 15 years as a Sous Chef at a private country club in suburban Philadelphia has granted him exposure and therefore knowledge in all aspects of catering events from small private dinners with multiple plated courses to large weddings and corporate parties with an upscale, refined style.  When Michael is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children.
